It was really an exiting news to M&J people that there was no any problem for our automatic lithium carbonate powder bagging line when it kept trial running for 48 hours! M&J Machinery has designed, manufactured, installed and innovated fully automatic bagging and palletizing lines for 10 years since 2006. In the last 20 years, we have developed and acquired several state-of-the art technologies that are still in the lead today. Every sucessful project improves our technology and bases more and more sucessful projects!
Fully automatic bagging machine is very necessary and important to chemical industry nowadays, since packing workers needn't touch the chemicals when filling, which greatly ensures workers' health and clean working environment.
After further studying the lithium carbonate powder's feature and investigating client's factory, our engineer Mr. Chen designed a customized bagging machine for it. It adopts advanced bottom-up filling method which can greatly prevent dust flying and ensure high filling accuracy. For bag top sealing, he also selected most safe sealing way, which has both heat sealing and tape over sewing.
